The Minotti Wedge Coffee Table wins Wallpaper Design Awards 2020
Minotti have won the prestigious Wallpaper Design Awards 2020 in the “Best Block Party” category with its Wedge coffee table, designed by nendo.
A prestigious accolade that represents a major endorsement on behalf of the international design community, who pays tribute to Minotti’s creativity and design skills, as well as the company’s collaboration with nendo.
The Wedge coffee table and Wedge dining table have proved to be exceedingly in demand for both private residences and Hospitality settings.
Wedge explores the concept of a table with a strong graphic expressive style.
The oblique chisel tip shape sported by the bulky volume of its semi-circular legs significantly lightens the impression of the coffee table, creating the idea of a support on tiptoe.
The entire volume of the dining table, hosting the large top, appears to become weightless and leans lightly on the tips of the legs, challenging the law of gravity.
