SUITCASE LINE ARMCHAIR
The iconic cubic Minotti Suitcase line armchair, designed by Rodolfo Dordoni in 1997, gets an overhaul in the 2019 edition Suitcase Line, providing a contemporary take on the concept and geometric rigour of the original piece, characterised by new details. With the chrome feet that originally supported the armchair now removed, the volume sits on the floor and features four flawless strips in aluminium on the corners that provide a glimpse of the upholstery at the end.

With the chrome feet that originally supported the armchair now removed, the volume sits on the floor and features four flawless strips in aluminium on the corners that provide a glimpse of the upholstery at the end.
The strips are painted in an all-new Brandy colour finish that adds depth to the metal. Available in the fabrics and leathers of the collection, Suitcase Line is at its most eclectic in the Pony Look version, covered in calfskin with a ponyskin print.
The new shades added to the original palette include Oil Green, Burgundy, Ash Grey, Sage and Corten. The new Minotti Suitcase Line Armchair range comes with a strong personality, designed to bring unique flair and elegance to a wide range of different indoor arrangements.

Structure
In solid wood, high resilience polyurethane foam of various densities and woven elastic straps with a high rubber content and controlled elasticity. First lining made from self-binding fibre bound to white cotton cloth. The lower part of the structure features four brushed and polished extruded aluminium strips, 47×6 mm section (exclusive Minotti design), in a brand new Brandy colour finish.
Cushions
Seat cushion in down with central insert in polyurethane “Performance”. Optional backrest cushion 51×41 cm entirely padded with goose down divided into sections.
WARNINGS FOR PRINTED LEATHER CATEGORIES CROCODILE, PONY LOOK, ZEBRA LOOK AND PONY CENERE
When ordering, specify the seat cushion cover according to the combinations shown below: – with a crocodile embossed leather structure, the seat cushion will always be made in Lodge or Nabuk leather; – with the structure cover in Pony Look, Zebra Look or Pony Cenere, the seat cushion will always be made in Aspen or Lodge leather. The “Brandy” finish, developed by Minotti Studio and distributed exclusively, is obtained from an extremely high quality craftmanship that highlights the polished brushing of the aluminium including possible natural shades that make each piece unique.
Covers
Fully removable in the fabric version, non-removable in the leather version. First remove the four extruded aluminium strips from the piece. Rests on standard adjustable Black feet, 45 mm H, with nylon slides.
