The creation of Dibbets Rainbow Rug was inspired by the properties of Lyocell® – fibers with an amazing ability to reflect light and accept dye of any color.
The nuanced effect is achieved by mixing various colors, easy to style in a living room: White, Ecru, Grey and Pewter for “Arctic” Dibbets Rainbow; Rust, Petroleum and Ecru for “Forest” Dibbets Rainbow; Ecru, Grey, Blue and Brown for “Boreal” Dibbets Rainbow.

Arctic (White, Ecru, Grey and Pewter sha- ding); Forest (Rust, Petroleum and Ecru sha- ding); Boreal (Ecru, Grey, Blue and Dark Brown shading). The rug can be made to measure (multiples of 50 cm).
Rug made from 100% Lyocell® (a cellulose fibre), hand-crafted according to the manual Tufting method. The surface, 16 mm in thickness, made of shorn viscose (Lyocell®), produces bright, iridescent reflections. The upper layer is made of polyester; whereas the lower layer is treated with natural, prevulcanized, antiallergenic latex. Overall weight: 5.5kg/m2.The Rainbow patternis the result of a degradè shading obtained mixing different colors, developped on the shorter side of the rug. In the sizes Ø 350 cm and Ø 500 cm the degradé effect deve- lops from the centre, which is lighter, to the external part, which is darker.

Because of the manual, craft-based working technique used, the overall dimensions of the rug might vary by approximately 3 cm, also in case of customized rugs.
