Dibbets Barcode Rug
Minotti Studio design
The kinetic art movement was the inspiration for the pattern featuring stripes of various widths on the Dibbets Barcode rug.
The kinetic geometry of Dibbets Barcode is a bold, distinguishing mark with a geometric effect that evokes movement. In the pattern, geometric strips made of bright Lyocell® viscose, a fibre produced from cellulose, alternate with others in New Zealand wool.
Dibbets Barcode is made with an artisanal process using the hand tufting method. It is available in a wide range of colours – Cord, Moss Green, Dark Brown, Iron and Charcoal – and sizes, and can also be supplied with customised measurements.
