Minotti London is the exclusive distributor of Minotti furniture the Italian Luxury brand in the UK. We serve architects, interior designers and Ultra High Net Worth individuals helping them with their unique interiors projects. Minotti London is a family run business with over 25 year’s experience in the UK.

We are looking for a highly motivated person with an eye for detail to join as an Outbound Sales Specialist to contribute upwards of £1m of annual sales.

The Role:

The Outbound Sales Specialist is responsible for weekly outreach to new and existing clients to build as well as maintain quality relationships. Continuously create and improve relationships that help us deliver on our ambitious business goals.

These relationships will help you finding new projects, then help clients through the process of selecting products and closing the final sale. Meet bi-monthly with company director to present your pipeline, new projects and progress on existing projects.

Description:

Through targeted phone, email and in person outreach discover how Minotti might be able to help clients realise their projects. Finding new business as well as maintaining existing relationships. Helping clients work through a project, to deliver their design concept, withing their time frame and budget. Outbound Sales people are supported by back office sales administrators in creating quotes, invoices, organising logistics and deliveries. Equally in bi-monthly pipeline meetings you can highlight additional support you need from directors to help close critical projects.

Once familiar with the collection you will be able to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the products and embody Minotti’s brand values.

How we look after you:

Competitive base salary in line with experience + commission on sales as well as a personal bonus for hitting annual sales targets.

There is also a team bonus, our annual team bonus pool starts at £5,500 per person, it can be topped up for the company exceeding its sales target with no cap. The bonus is paid based on the company’s annual sales and has been paid 2 out of the last 3 years.

Investment in training, we want to help our team grow their skills and continue to learn and develop. We organise training to develop skills from sales training sessions with both internal and external coaches and mentors to training on UK fire regulations in the furniture industry.

We aim to organise 1 event as a team per year to take a day out to bond as a team, previous years include Bear Grylls survival training and overnight hotel stay, Learning the Clay Pigeon Shoot followed by pub lunch.

Flexible start and finish times between 08:30 and 09:30am to 17:00pm and 18:00pm. 28 Days paid holiday a year, full statuary sick pay.

On training trips to Italy we often allow you to elect to stay over the weekend, hotel for extra nights, at your cost but we pay your return flight on the Sunday allowing you time to explore Milan.
