New Horizons In Hospitality

Minotti Exploring new Horizons in the Hospitality Sector.

Minotti’s new vision of interior design ranges from indoors to outdoors, taking in Hospitality, too, and each year it comes together in a completely different and distinctive design concept. This year Minotti has given shape to its own vision of Hospitality, through a virtual project for the hotel industry translated into a resort with a contemporary spirit: the “Waves Resort”, with a favourable location near an Asian metropolis. The architecture extends horizontally, facing onto the ocean and immersed in tropical vegetation; it has a harbour where yachts can dock, a heliport, a golf course and large green areas with tropical botanical species.

These fascinating scenarios with an international appeal, have been created through a sophisticated activity of rendering, in the form of videos, and present original and striking indoor and outdoor settings featuring the most authentic “Made in Italy” design, where products from the new 2019 Collection find their ideal collocation within a Hospitality context. Some of the most distinctive pieces include the Daniels seating system by Christophe Delcourt, the Lawson family of seating solutions designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, and the Shelley and Angie armchairs designed by GamFratesi, while enlivening the open-air spaces are the Tape Cord Outdoor Collection by Nendo and the Quadrado family of seating systems designed by Marcio Kogan / studio mk27: it is a range with an international and multicultural spirit, helping to devise a new code for interior decoration.

The arrangements serve all the functions to be expected of a high quality hospitality facility and remain linked to the traditional layout, with a reception lobby, lounges for relaxing breaks, a gourmet restaurant for food lovers, a swimming pool with solarium area and a gym for ensuring the physical wellness of guests. Not to mention the suites, with private night and living areas for guests, designed like a true home away from home. Inside, the guest is immersed in a fluid space, with walls uncoiling in twists and turns to evoke the gentle rhythm of waves, surfaces with materic textures, continuous windows revealing the surrounding nature and unexpected flexible shapes that continuously create the element of surprise and tantalise our sense of curiosity.

It is a project that enhances the strategic bond between furnishings and the architectural context that has shown itself to be an asset for the company over the years, able to transfer a lifestyle that also finds an ideal application in the hotel industry.
