Minotti London showroom party 2017

Following the launch of the Minotti 2017 Collection at Salone del Mobile Milan 2017, Minotti London celebrated its arrival in London with the launch of a second floor at the Fitzrovia showroom. The Minotti London team had the pleasure of being joined by Mr Roberto Minotti, Miss Susanna Minotti and esteemed members of the interior designer and architecture community, including current president of the British Institute of Interior Design Susie Rumbold.

Past BIID president and long-time friend of Minotti London Daniel Hopwood accompanied managing director John Summerhill in leading the speeches for the evening, and guests were enchanted by immersive food art from celebrity chef Tom Wolfe, music from DJ Lou Hayter and The Strikes and an art collection curated by Minotti London collaborator Katherine Maginnis.

Now featuring an elegant, sprawling basement level, the extended Minotti London showroom showcases the best of Minotti design with classic pieces complemented by a comprehensive range of indoor and outdoor furniture from the Minotti 2017 Collection, coordinated by architect Rodolfo Dordoni with fresh influences from furniture designer Christophe Delcourt.

Minotti’s timeless elegance continues to define its latest pieces, while Delcourt’s subtly French influence brings femininity to designs such as the Fil Noir armchair and Noor coffee table. Dordoni’s developed references to the sinuous lines of retro style position the latest collection at the fore of vintage glamour in a refined contemporary form.

The Minotti London team would like to thank all of those who attended the party and made the celebration a truly special one for everyone involved. An album of photographs from the evening can be found here, while the full Minoti 2017 Collection is available to view at our showroom on online here.
